For the second generation of NanoTemper Technologies' Monolith binding analyzer, 1zu1scale produced two large-format, high-gloss vacuum-cast housing elements. The result is a functional, light- and airtight premium housing that combines state-of-the-art measurement technology with sophisticated industrial design.

High-quality Housing for precision Optical Measurement
The two vacuum-cast housing elements form the outer shell of the Monolith binding analyzer, which is used worldwide in basic medical research. They protect the sensitive measurement technology, provide optical shielding, and contribute significantly to the high-quality appearance of the device. Different finishes—black, high-gloss metallic, and EMC-coated interior surfaces—combine design, function, and electromagnetic shielding in a single component concept.
