For the latest hybrid stent graft delivery system, “E-vita Open Neo,” 1zu1scale supplied a complete, production-ready plastic assembly – from prototype to clean room series production.
This project demanded absolute precision, process reliability, and speed. Thanks to the early use of aluminum tools and our clean room injection molding expertise, we were able to guide Artivion from the initial idea to a production-ready solution in a very short time.

High-precision Components for safe Positioning in the Operating Room
The “E-vita Open Neo” insertion system enables surgeons to position a stent graft safely and reliably during the treatment of aortic diseases. The compact plastic housing offers optimal haptics, accuracy of fit, and functionality in surgical use. Thanks to clean room manufacturing and aluminum tools, all parts were produced with consistently high quality and meet the highest medical safety standards.

1zu1scale produced the “E-vita Open Neo” stent graft delivery system for Artivion as a complete, production-ready plastic assembly.
