Those who rely on high-quality components and expert advice from the outset save time, money, and unpleasant surprises in the end. We recognized this early on and have specialized in maximum precision, accurate documentation, and personal service since 1996. With ISO 9001 certification, we have been officially guaranteeing high international standards since 2015 and proving our commitment to quality in audits every year.

Optimal Conditions and ongoing quality Assurance

We manufacture in clean rooms as required, use state-of-the-art technologies, and ensure consistent production conditions in a standard climate with efficient room and air conditioning technology. The maximum temperature fluctuation is only 0.5 degrees Celsius, and the humidity can be precisely regulated in every room. The infrastructure provides the basis for the serial production of high-quality components with consistent functions, dimensions, and surfaces. From 1 to 100,000: repeatability is the key to success.

Transparent operating procedures and secure processes are just as important for guaranteed quality. We ensure this with well-designed control systems, detailed protocols, absolute confidentiality and data security, and comprehensive staff training. If an error does occur, we trace it back to its source. This allows us to learn from every project. Within our organization, we use 4D reports*, and we use 8D reports with our partners. This allows us to continuously improve our internal workflows and instructions and reduce sources of error in the long term.

But that's not all: we go beyond the requirements of the standard and define our own standard according to 1zu1scale. We rely on comprehensive 360-degree component testing using computer tomography and work closely with our customers to create individual quality manuals including assembly instructions and tolerances.

* 4D-Report: The 4D report is a quality management document used to process complaints, or more specifically to record and track errors. Unlike the 8D report, it is also used for the rapid internal processing of errors that have occurred.

** 8D-Report: An 8D report is a document that is exchanged between the supplier and customer as part of quality management in the event of a complaint. 8D stands for the eight mandatory disciplines that are required when processing a complaint in order to overcome the underlying problem.
