Fast time to market, maximum flexibility, and the highest quality: 1zu1scale produces rapidly available injection molded parts using aluminum tools manufactured in-house – ideal for pilot phases and series production of up to 100,000 units. Design adjustments can be implemented at short notice, without long tooling lead times.
Our range of services goes far beyond traditional injection molding: sterile production in a clean room (ISO class 8), maximum precision with minimum milling radii of 0.15 mm, premium surfaces thanks to needle valve nozzles, continuous moisture control, CT-based quality testing, and optional in-house printing. From the initial idea to the complete assembly, we accompany you throughout the entire product life cycle.
Efficient, flexible, and secure
Injection molding is the most economical solution for complex plastic series parts starting at 10,000 pieces. For requirements of up to around 100,000 parts, 1zu1scale relies on modular aluminum tools from its own production – significantly faster available and up to 70% cheaper than classic steel tools.
High-speed cutting on 5-axis milling machines produces high-precision mold inserts with filigree structures and excellent surfaces. Depending on the component requirements, different sprue systems are used – for maximum design freedom and consistent quality.
More than 20 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 10 to 160 tons enable flexible series production in formats ranging from a few millimeters to A5. This is complemented by state-of-the-art process monitoring, CT testing, moisture measurement, and innovative coatings to increase tool life and productivity. Overmolding of inserts or cables is also possible without any problems.
