Everything from a single Source – from the Idea to Series Production
The path to a market-ready product begins with a well-designed prototype. For over 25 years, 1zu1scale has specialized in the development and manufacture of high-quality sample and functional parts. Additive manufacturing enables rapid design iterations, maximum geometric freedom, and the integration of multiple functions into a single component.
State-of-the-art equipment, stable processes, and a wide variety of materials ensure near-series properties—regardless of whether components need to be robust, elastic, dense, smooth, flame-retardant, or food-safe. Complementary finishing processes such as chemical smoothing, dyeing without loss of dimensions, or printing make components ready for immediate use.
This creates a smooth transition from prototype to series production. Series of up to 50,000 pieces can be produced economically using 3D printing, while vacuum casting or injection molding are available for larger requirements – including in-house manufactured aluminum or steel tools.

Depending on requirements, quantities, and market targets, we specifically select the most suitable manufacturing process.
