Sales / Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d). In this role, you will serve as the central link between the field sales team and project management, ensuring that customer inquiries are transformed into seamless processes and successful projects. Your mission with us:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the central point of contact between the field sales team and project management
• Actively supporting and advising our customers over the phone and in person
• Coordinating and liaising between internal teams and external contacts
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information and orders

What we’re looking for in you:

• Experience in internal sales and/or customer service
• Technical understanding and an interest in precision products and processes
• Enjoyment of active customer contact and sales
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
• High level of commitment, dedication, and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
