Your mission with us:
Do you have experience in quality management, work in a structured manner, and want to take on responsibility in a modern, regulated environment? Then you’ve come to the right place! As a Quality Manager, you’ll ensure that our quality standards are not only met but also continuously improved.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Further developing and ensuring our quality management system
• Planning, conducting, and overseeing internal and external audits and certifications
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing quality standards and processes
• Evaluating quality metrics and implementing sustainable improvement measures
• Managing complaint, risk, and corrective action management (CAPA)
• Training and advising employees on quality-related topics
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements

What we’re looking for in you:

• Completed technical training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in quality management
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485, ideally supplemented by other quality standards
• Experience in conducting and supporting audits
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and excellent teamwork abilities
• High quality awareness and the ability to work independently
• Leadership experience is a plus
