Your mission with us:
Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in creating flawless surfaces? Then you are exactly who we are looking for. As a Painter / Surface Finisher, you ensure that our 3D-printed components not only meet the highest technical standards but also achieve an outstanding visual finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Masking, sanding, and polishing 3D-printed components
• Painting, texturing, and finishing surfaces, including high-gloss applications
• Performing quality inspections and visual checks of finished parts
• Maintaining and cleaning tools, equipment, and the painting workspace
• Collaborating closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure the highest quality standards

What we’re looking for in you:

• Completed vocational training, for example as a painter, carpenter, model maker, or in a comparable skilled trade
• Experience in surface finishing and/or paint application is an advantage
• Strong manual dexterity and confident handling of spray-painting equipment
• Enthusiasm for sanding and polishing small and intricate parts
• Independent, careful, and detail-oriented way of working
• Team spirit and a collaborative mindset
