Internal Sales Team Leader

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our internal sales team—someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for working with customers. In this versatile role, you will serve as the central point of contact between the field sales team, project management, and internal departments, ensuring that customer inquiries are turned into successful projects.

Your mission with us:
In addition to providing active customer support, you will take on technical and organizational responsibilities within the team, helping to ensure efficient processes and a high level of service quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Central point of contact between the field service and project management
• Providing active support and advice to our customers
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information and orders
• Providing technical and organizational leadership to the team in day-to-day operations
• Supporting and developing employees
• Responsibility for prioritizing and coordinating ongoing tasks
• Close coordination with internal teams and external contacts

What we’re looking for in you:

• Experience in internal sales and/or customer service
• Previous experience in team leadership or coordination is a plus
• Technical understanding and an interest in precision products and processes
• Enjoyment of active customer contact and service-oriented communication
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
• High level of dedication, commitment, and the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
